    I am 5'9 200lbs bf not quite sure but I'm not sloppy. What are the resonable expectations of weight/fat loss with clen. Also is there any interactions issues between clen and letro?

    Diet and cardio will help burn off that fat. Clen can be dangerous.

      most of the things bodybuilders do isn't healthy...I agree with your response. I have dieted to as low as 160 and still have difficulty with the vascularity. Different people have different body types obviously and even with diet and cardio there are limits.

        If you use the CLEN with diet,,cardio,,and weight training you can get shredded.

              okay thanks everyone seems to post the dosage in mcg's but the oral dropper is in ml. I believe that everything is different as the volume is different for various substances so when people say .20 mcg of clen on day one that equals how many ml?

                    I miss typed that 20mcgs of clen i think is equal to .2ml in the dropper. The volume of substances varies on the weight I believe. i.e. 20 mcgs of substance "A" may have a different volume than 20 mcgs of substance "B". I really should have listened more in math class.

                      100mcg of clen is a common dosage per day for males... Some go higher but I wouldn't recommend that for a first timer....

                      Clen is a good fat burner if coupled with proper diet and training.
