Im 6ft 230lbs 3 months back to the gym after about 10 years (and three kids) and my last cycle . im looking to get lean and shredded. i plan on working out 5 days a week with light weight high reps with 30 min of cardio a day.
Im starting out with .5 iu a day of HGH and work my way up to 5 iu's a day for 26 weeks And then by the 3rd week i will be stacking Test 600/300=twice a week 1.25ml, EQ 500/250=twice a week 1ml, Deca 250/250 Once a week .5ml twice a week on Mon & Thurs
