      260lbs at 8-10% is pretty damn big yourself! specialy with that low BF%

        but apparently is not the biggest and we all know i have to be on top.

        i either have to get bigger or kill scott. :fight:

        i am pretty happy though, those stats are 3 months off AAS! biggest i have ever been off AAS.

          To get to big scotts size you would have to get drastic and come outta your comfort zone. you would need more gear and get a lil more BF to grow. Hes just a fucking monster

            i dont know if i need more bodyfat. 10% area should be optimal. the whole "get fat to grow" is mostly BS.

            i would agree about the AAS dosage though.

            still have never done more then 500mgs of test per week.

              I agree fat is just a excuse to eat like a pig. but you wanna make sure cals are always there ready to be used and never get shorted. so if that means a lil bit extra so be it. 10%bf for a 260lb man is not alot of fat.

                bouncer you have me on the bf% bro .. 260 lbs at 10 percent your def a big dude much respect !!!!

                i can see the outline of my abs though :) ... i have been off for a few months and will be close to 8 weeks of no training due to surgery .. i will say mentally it has been hard !! i will say its something i will do more often though .. i feel pretty damn good .. physically i needed the time off -- mentally holyshit its been a hard ride but a needed one !!!!

                i have pulled a new training partner into the fold .. young guy with a mass amount of drive to achieve goals so i am looking forward to hitting the iron next week . i will get him ready for his first npc show and he will in turn help me get ready for nationals .. i also pulled in a guy that is very versed in supplementation ..we are going to change some things up food and supp wise !!

                its game on starting next monday !!!!

                bouncer , i believe if you increased your supp amount just a touch your 280 _290 in a low bf percentile !! your dedication and drive deserves nothing but respect !!!!!
