your talking enanthate and cyp ?? if so they are both close to being the same .. either one you can do once a week or twice a week thats up to you

Yea I thought Test-C was a longer ester and Test-E should be injected twice a week. About to run my first cycle of test-e and a low dose with some winny to kick start. Just 250 mg Test-e per week and 25 mg winny for about 30 days. I read Bouncers article on low dose cycles for beginers and thinking maybe just 200 mg per week on the test to make it a 12 week cycle because only got one 10 ml vial of test-e coming. well what I meant was winny for 30 days and test for 10-12 weeks depending how I break down the mgs

Test E and Test C at 250ngs should be takin 1 time per as big scott said. i wouldnt lower it to 200mgs Keep it at 250mgs.
test E and C are the same thing and Normaly people would chooses test E over C cuz the E is usally 250mgs per ML and C 200mgs per ML but now all that has changed with UGLs.

They act almost identical. Either can be injected once every 5-7 days.
