  • AAS and your heart

Was talking to a homie that used to use a lot of gear but quit lifting all together a couple years ago. My dude has gained a lot of weight he is over 315lbs. Told me he didn't think his heart could take anymore gear and he was gonna focus on diet and cardio to start getting back in shape. This got me thinking. I think his statement about his heart was based on his being over weight but how does AAS affect our hearts??? I mean the heart is muscle so it seems there would be some enlargement of the heart when taking gear and traing getting heart rate all up.

Steroids and Your Heart - Steroid Use and The Heart

This is basically the kind of stuff I'm finding from google. Like to hear the SM opinion

Steroids increase blood pressure and increase LDL cholesterol levels. Those two impact your heart yes. As far as other claims, there isn't enough scientific data to prove it.

heres a few things to consider...
12-14 week cycles vs long cycles
cardio 3 x at least a week (really important)
clean diet high in fiber (rolled oats, brown rice, 12grain bread)

          suplements
fish oil at least 4grams per day
          liv.52
          or
          liver stabil
lipid stabil MOLECULAR NUTRITION - LIPID STABIL
UDCA??? (which i only know a litlle about) Ursodeoxycholic acid

          NO ALCOHOL NONE ZERO

          get bloodwork done

Pretty sure NONE ZERO means NONE ZERO. You don't need to be drinking while on gear bro, defeats the purpose AAS build up alcohol tears down
