      Sorry bro but just stating facts. I haven't changed my diet, my workouts have stayed the same, and I’m up a couple pounds. Why would I make it up?

        not saying your not up a couple lbs. im saying those lbs are not solid muscle lbs.

        no steroid on earth can put on muscle weight that fast.

          Not stating that the weight is from the ostarine. But that is the only thing that has changed. I am up a couple pounds so I'm stating that in the log. No reason for me to make anything up. If I'm down a couple pounds next week that's what I'll log.

                here is what i think.

                ost is having a positive effect both mentally and physically. you are training better and not skipping any meals etc.. your holding a bit more water etc..

                the results are positive a little more down to earth then the magic drug you are describing.

                      He came to that conclusion from information posted by other boards. NOT saying this is 100% and it will harm you, just something he passed along that got me thinking. I was thinking maybe other members had some insight as well.

                        Sorry, I've been following this thread as I also got product from the same source and wanted to see if it was actually legit. But when I see people throwing around second hand information, I had to register to clear some things up.

                        The carrier in question is the DMSO that they are using. If you do a little googling, you will see that it was first used in horse racing to help reduce joint swelling, and has a host of other beneficial properties. You can pick it up in nearly any health food store. Ingesting .5cc ED of the stuff is going to do absolutely nothing bad to you. It's also commonly used as a carrier for transdermal drug delivery systems. It's not FDA approved for ingestion, but that doesn't mean a whole lot, as we know.

                        Personally I've been using it for over 10 years when I snowboard for my knees, and to rapidly reduce bruising after big falls. The stuff is great for that.

                        Now I've been taking Ostarine for a couple weeks now, and I can't say I feel a whole lot of effect, other then sleeping crappy and being in a rather foul mood. I started at 25mg and dropped down to 12.5mg when I started not feeling so well. But we've been on vacation, and I'm away from my normal exercise routine, so I don't have any solid data to go on. Yet I'm quite skeptical at this point. I haven't seemed to have gained any strength, my endurance doesn't seem enhanced either.

                        I'll check back with you all when I get a week back in the GYM and have my diet back in order so I can log some numbers.

                                Don't mean to step on your thread, but there has been a little chatter so I thought I would chime in. I've been on Ostarine for about 10 days as well. I started with 25mg every morning and about 5 days ago bumped it up to 50mg everyday (split into two doses, am and then pm). I felt like it gave me a little extra energy, but perhaps it's mental, not sure. I started the Ostarine a week or so after I ended my cycle and began my PCT. With the advice from Bouncer I stuck with the same diet and continued to train the same. To date, I have went from 210 to 204 since beginning my PCT, but I truly believe a lot of that was water weight, at least I hope. My strength has dropped a little and I'm a bit skeptical about the Ostarine, but I will continue to use it until it's gone. I'm going to give it the full opportunity to work. In the studies conducted they observed their patients over a long period of time and that's what I'm going to give it...more time.
