Chadd77, did you notice any fat loss? I've changed several variables, but I seem to be shedding fat more consistently then usual. This stuff seems to help conserve lean mass on a slow-carb diet. The diet has destroyed my energy, so it's hard to compare gym intensity for me. Seems to be a good bridge as you stated, or good for folks who want to improve their physique with minimal sides.
I've got two more bottles after this one, and I'll probably just keep running it. Will get blood work done next week to be sure everything is in order too.
