    OK I edited your response so it read easier.

    My thoughts are as follows;

    1) You are training too often with too many sets

    2) You are missing protien in your last 2 meals and leaving you with no protien from your post workout prtien shake in the afternoon through till 7 in the morning.

        You need to add protien to those last 2 meals and add carbs like maltodextrin to your post workout shake.

        At the moment you are making a massive mistake and putting your body without protien in the very time it needs it most, post workout you have only one protien meal so your body is not rebuilding stronget and better.

        This is the sort of thing I was talking about, if you correct this you will notice a big improvement over 4 weeks.

        In terms of training you should cut it right back to 3-4 workouts per week, say 3 like this;

        Monday Chest and arms

        Wednesday Back and shoulders

        Friday Legs

          Ok thank you Incredible, ur helping a lot. U said too many sets? How's dat? is it not good to do 3 sets with 6-9 reps ? And btw the test and novaldex. Is it one injection of 250mg per week? and one tablet of nolvadex from the begining 4 weeks? i will eat more proteins for my last two meals.

            1 shot test per week of 250mg per shot, for 8 weeks
            three weeks after your last shot of test start taking 20mg nolvadex per day for 4 weeks. DO NOT TOUCH TREN!

            you say on every muscle you do 3-4 excercises of 3 sets each - thats too much

            on small muscle groups like Bi's and Tri's do 2 excercises of 3 sets. on bigger muscles like chest, back legs, shoulders do 3 excercises of 3 sets each

            training 6 days a week is over training for you, train 3 times a week and do cardio other days if you want.

            If you change your diet and training with enthusiasm like I've said you will notice improvements in strength and size without steroids.

              Ok, thanx again. But some questions about testo. Will my muscels become soft even if im on a diet and traing good? You see im not a bif fan of water retention. And if i get injured will it all dissapear straight away? Thats why i wanted to use tren in the first place, because thers no water retention, and u wont lose to much if u get injured or something. hehe

                If your train hard and eat right as I indicated above you will build a solid foundation that you will keep without steroids.

                If you take steroids without a solid base you may well lose what you gain when you come off them whether its tren or test. If you get in jured and stop training your muscles will shrink a little whether on juice or not.

                If you eat right and train hard on test you will be hard and not retain too much water but different people react different. If you go to high doses of test there is more chance or estrogen conversion and water retention.

                  U know it all sir. Thank you for all the help. Just the last comfirmation. 250Mg INJECTION in the BUTT once a week for 2 months, then 3 weeks after my cycel og eat on nolvadextablet everyday for four weeks.

                            Its ok, i havnt got any bad sides by now except of some pimpels on my back and an amazing headache the first weak. I have been taking 1ML/250mg test c one injection a week. Tomorrow im going to use my third dosage. I have read alot more and since my body is used to it now im thinking about using 0.7ML twice a week. Im traning well, i have had some cheatmeals since its still of season. I havnt seen any noticeable results yet but im not unpatient.

                              I trained for 5 years before I ever used any AAS, and am just using low doses now of test-e. I am very pleased with the results.
