What exactly "expires" is it the stability of it or does the hormone actually start breaking down?

    nothing really.

i was using iranian test amps that had expired 2 years prior, worked as good as it did when they were new.

it sort of like the exp date on a can of spam, shit will be fine 5 years after. lol.

if its some ug test slop, it might crash even before exp.

Yeah its a disclaimer from the medicine provider. Basically saying they are only standing behind the drug AND THE CONTAINER until this date. Some drugs are fine for up to 10 years, but there can be an interaction from the drug and the container, typically glass. The glass can leach out deposits of its makeup (sodium, aluminum, boron etc). So the drug isn't breaking down, but can interact and have a different chemical makeup with the new "additives". This is why amber glass came about, light or heat can speed the process of leaching or breakdown. On another side, some drugs do have a potency shelf life, to where after X date it can lose its power, typically less than 1% per year. This is usually pills. So its still good, but dosing isnt exact. Although we all know the dosing of about every batch is not the same as the prior one. 250mg test can actually test out from 200 to 300mg, depending on the supplier. In short, you'll be fine. If any doubt add about 100mg a week of test etc.
