absolutely not. test must be in every cycle. even if it is low dose like 250mgs per week just for the purpose of replacing your natural test during cycle.

So what about the Novaldex? Some use it during and some use it after a cycle. What's the difference?

i would only use it during if you notice any gyno forming.

for pct, wait 3 weeks after your last shot and then run @ 40mgs per day for a month.

Alright, I obviously still do not have a true concept of AAS. I guess I was thinking that even if test is shut down in your body the AAS that isn't test (i.e. Anavar) would take the place of it and estrogen levels would still be low enough on that to work. So enough of my theorizing and I will just go with Test-E (250mg a week min) and Novaldex. One last question: Some say use Novaldex during and some say after. What's the difference?

Test should be in every cycle for libido most of all. you can grow on any steroid if you take enough but you will shut down and with no test you will turn into a woman,lol no trealy but you get the idea

Nolva durring cycle is to block estrogen attaching to your receptors and will do nothing about bloat. Only use nolva while on cycle if you have gyno issues.

you should use arimedex while on cycle if you have bloat issues but most can control bloat with diet. But if you cant take a low dose of Adex

when using AAS this issue is with converting test what does it do with what it cant convert - estrogen.
yes, if you do nothing the you guarrenty maximizing your gains but with the cost of bf (everyones diff.) especiially if you are at higher levels of tests. thats part of the argument of lower dosages and estrogen related sides...

Well true...But I'll say this(I hated it btw)...I did ED/EOD and E3D and E3D seemed ok for me...It killed my libido bad!!!!!!!!! But it took a week to c/b when I came off it...I couldn't figure out the right dose for me...I did .25-.5-.75...you name it...

I hear ya. Letro did that shit to me big time. This worked best for me.
nolva @ 10mg ED or adex @ .25 - .5mg ED

Also, I skip a 1-2 days a week (take neither) to ensure I have enough E in my system to grow. To avoid the other sides I also go back and forth from Nolva to Adex. 3-4 days a week on Nolva and 1-3 on Adex.
