  • going on a cruise in 7wks... question?

    question... right now im running 600mg testE wk 500mg trenE wk.... what can you recommend me take to cut some weight and tighten up in the next 7wks or so im going on a cruise and need to tighten up some...

    i've got suggestions from friends but want an outside opinion...

    Is it just bloat from the Test E? Do you normally bloat a lot on Test? I'm sure there telling you Winny tabs but I wouldn't.

      would you cut the test back to 300mg wk? i was told to add masteron at 400mg wk... and cut back the test e to 300 with 500mg tren

          theres your problem bro... you should lean out nicely with what your currently running IF your diet and cardio were up to par ... only thing i would change is diet and add in 60 min of cardio ed for next 7 weeks ... no need for other shit

              I'd say drop the test go with SARMS S4 and GHRP for 7 weeks while doing nolva. Cardoi 3-4 times a week and your good with no real comedown for the 7 weeks away

                no i think hes going away in 7 weeks on a cruise probably for 7-10 days

                hes not going on a 7 week cruise

                    well as of today i'm drinking 5 egg white international whites with a packet of instant oatmeal for my wake up meal (5am) 1st breat at work im having 40gr protein shake with a bannana (8am) lunch im having 6oz of either tilapia or chicken breast with bout 15 sticks of asparagus or a couple cups of brocolli with a fruit cup (1130am) preworkout is around 130 im having IMR or Jack 3d and postworkout (330-400pm) im having a protein shake 40gr... dinner is around 630pm i have chicken or fish 6-8oz with veggies and usually half a sweet potato or 1 cup brown rice...

                        how long have you been eating like that?

                        your saying you have been runnin trean and eating that diet and your not lean?

                          im assuming adex is arimedex right? no im not using it... and yes it could be water weight i guess im 6' tall 255lb at about 15%bf...

                          bouncer i just started eating like this to try to cut more quickly i was eating similar to this but honestly with a cheat meal here and there maybe one everyother day or so...

                          im bought me a elliptical for the house and im doing 20 min here when i wake up starting today and i have been doing 30 minuites cardio at the gym on mon/wed and a hour on tues thurs fri... just started that this week btw... problem is with this diet im sooooo damn tired and feel flat im not trying to get into competition shape for this cruise just want to maximize results while still being full

                          anyways another question while we're here.. bud of mine is getting knots under nipples... he tried nolva did'nt work some one told him masteron might help??? what yall think on this one?
