Just checking back in. Im 6' 203lbs abt 9%bf. Been running 1cc of test400 for the past 13 weeks planning on going 16. Just started getting a little itchy around the nipples, gonna run nolvadex two weeks after last injection. I've gained 16 pounds of muscle so far! By the way this is my first time using. My question is, how long should I run the nolva after my last injection? And how long should I be off b4 I cycle something else?

Nolva ED @ 40/20/20/20mg (thats 1 month)
Take Nolva in the AM.
You have to wait as long as you were on including the PCT. so roughly 18-20weeks. If I were you i'd probably end the cycle at 14weeks.Comment
