  • Thinking of using low does slin (humulin-R)

    Was thinking of using it in between cycles of IGF.

    1 month of igf, 1 month of slin etc..

    Dose would be low 5-10iu post workout.

    You guys know my diet is in check and I eat little fat anyway.

    Thoughts.

    I think Big Scott is the only one here that runs slin?
    My thoughts all though I never ran it would be you will be fine with it at that low dose.
    are you still on GHRP?

        Its a powerful thing but you have experience of it already.

        Please indicate to us exactly what you are doing;

        1) How long after workout and when you last ate.
        2) how much you shoot (if it goes up after while by how much and when and how many times per week).
        3) how long and what you eat after

          1.) 5 minutes after workout

          2.) 5-10iu (start at 5 work up to 10)

          3.) Have post workout shake (carbs and protein) immeditaly after shot. then an chicken and rice meal and hour later.

          will only use on workout days.

            So you have it stowed in the car ready?

            How do you know when its time to move from 5 to ten and how do you finish a slin course, taper down?

              no, takes 5 minutes from house to gym.

              dont taper down, simply stop using it.

                That should be fine. We use Humalog usually. Keep diet in check and have some glucose tabs or candy in case you ever need it. Having a glucose meter is a must when using insulin.

                    igf 1 month slin the next is sort of a test phase to see if i can achieve the results i want with size while not taking any sort of steroids.

                    maybe it would be even better to combine them but i like to test things out 1 by 1 to see the effect alone.

                        they say that igf lowers the amount of slin you need. makes your body sensitive to it.
