  • Coming off SARMS S4

Been using it for a good while with no apparent adverse effects but just figue you can have too much of a good thing so gonna come off for a few months.

This just leaves me with GHRP 2 and CJC W Dac for the moment. Probably gonna switch to without dac when this runs out and try ipomorelin with that. Kinda feels good just to be using these only and I haven't touch any AAS since June last year.

There's a very mild hardening effect with S4 and of course I started it when I stopped AAS. Ultimately it made me a little stronger and better indurance in the gym so it made working out easier, this would translate into more stimulation of muscle growth. I would never compare it to test though no way

how about compared to ghrp? you didnt seem to get the results that myself or others got. i know you think i am just saying good things because its the sponsor but i was 100% honest in my logs.

i liked IGF-lr3 even better then ghrp though!

I'n not dropping the GHRP, I get fat easy though these days so thats where the S4 seemed to help.

Always rated GHRP though, just need to be careful with diet now

it appears you dont read my logs. lol

as i said, its obvious that the so called igf that i used 6 or so years ago just was not igf at all. got nothing at all from it.

only other thing i can think of if it was real is that it was not the lr3 version. i think it was just bs though.

if you would listen to me for just 1 fucken month....

cut your fats drastically. only fats coming from fish oil and every other day steak, and of course the small amounts of fats in chicken, oats, rice etc..

have 50 grams of carbs and 50 grams of protein in every meal over 7 meals. thats 2800 cals with very little fat.

do it for a month. i promise you, you will look fuller and tighter at the end of that month.

6 fish oil caps per day split up into 2 meals. this is important. keeps your body seeing that it is getting the right kind of fats so it dont need to hold onto them.
