preloading syringe's

I am going to be on vaca next week. Is it safe to preload a syringe's to use during the week? I assume it is? Ill put fresh 23G needles on it when i go to use it.

Make sure you wrap them in something solid so nothing pushes the plunger and waste your stuff. And leave a little bit of air in the syringe so if anything touches the plunger it'll have some room.
