Well, I'm new here and would appreciate some help. I'm 30yo male, 155lbs, 5'9. To me it was always hard to gain weight. My mom is 5'2 , barely 88lbs. My dad is 5'8 and 130lbs. So my genes doesn't help at all.
My weight was around 130lbs from 19yo until 27yo, when I put on a few pounds but mostly some midsection fat.
I started working out about a year and half ago, was off for four months and restarted eight months ago. I got some good results, got leaner, gain some noticeable mass but got stuck around 158lbs.
Im watching my diet, having 4 to 5 meals a day, plenty protein (mostly chicken, but also red meat and whey too). But it seems like I can't get further then that. I work 7 days week on a night shift and hit the gym in the morning, before going to bed.
So, I was thinking and do one cycle to get some more gains. My main focus is on a lean look than size. If I could get to 175lbs would be great. After reading a little I got to the point of deciding between deca or Testosterone Enanthate with some anavar. I'm a little concerned about the possible shut down and I heard deca does not affect that, neither anavar.
All the gear I could have access until now was, Deca, test enanthate, anvar, novaldex and clomid.
So, I'm here asking for some advices:
Which one to choose deca or test ? How much deca or test every week ?
Anavar combined will be good? In case of using test to help with the water retention or fat ? Anavar and deca, good or bad idea ?
Clomid and novaldex: Use some during cycle? Dosage on cycle and after, on pct ?
So basically this is it. That's the gear I can get (didn't buy any yet), what to choose and how to dosage ?
