IGF long r3 mixing w/ distilled vinegar

heres another way you can mix IGF long r3. think it would work? read it from a good source

1 mg = 1000mcg.

mix with 0.3ml white distilled vinegar ( from supermarket ) + 2ml water ( any type of sterile water can be used )
