          Maybe I spoke to soon. Mentally I feel a bit down the last week or so. Maybe the dbol did have an effect.

                I think its a cortisol surge, take 2g vit C after workouts and some Vit E and carbs to blunt it

                  Test E and Dbol Cycle-Opinions needed

                  HT:5'11
                  Wieght:230

                  Train:heavy M-f with occasional Sat. light whgt. more stretch session and cardio.
                  I have read hundreds for forums and its seems there are just as many contradictions on how to run this Cycle as well as many others. I have been Training for about 5 years for a veriety of different goals. I was a baseball player till I was 22 focused on lean strength and flexibility. I have Cycled 5 times including Test E,Masteron, EQ,Sust 250, Win injection (OWch!) PCT's.It seems I have been always advised to stay away from orals but am going to do the 4 weeks of dbol to kickstart the test E. My average weight ran from 190 to 195, At the peak of my playing weight after mild Cycles and a liitle over two years I got 214, 7 % BF, of coarse in the off season weight got to 228 cutting down to 214 in the past year or so I have develped some mature muscle as shown with my current weight could also be the miles and miles difference of running we did in college baseball on a weekly basis, run about 4 miles a week with 2 days of 20 min cardio in the gym weekly . A yr and a half ago I had a shoulder surgery torn labrum rotator cuff, with rehab I have been back training seriously for 8 months. Im looking to take a base cycle to start back as in a year and a half I would like to be a 235 lean with great strength as in a year being 245-250 cutting back down to 230-235.
                  I have had some issues with gyno but nothing excellent dieting and some nolva didnt fix. Should I run any aromasin or any other anti-E's during my cycle in conjuction with my PCT. I'm looking for any advice I have done tons of researcg though I am no guru. it seems only experience can truely be the answer again the more research I do the more contradicting opinions I gather from online forums and local gym rats so any opinions would be appriciated
                  Test E 500 mg/wk.....10-weeks
                  250 mg. Mon/Thurs
                  Dbol-25mg ED for 4 weeks as well as 200mg Milk thistle ed 4 weeks
                  Aromasin 20 mg ed week 12-16
                  All vitamin and protien perportions have been planned with an according diet.
