i am currently on a cycle of
Test e 400mg/week
deca 300mg/week
proviron 25mg/day
for 10 weeks
and i am now on week 5 and haven't seen any difference in shape...just added 5 kgs more and thats it, any suggestions? is this gear fake?
my status:
172cm
was 70 kgs now 75
bf 8-10%
my diet:
meal 1:
5 whole eggs, 2 egg whites
meal 2:
chicken & pasta, fruit
meal 3:
chicken & rice
meal 4:
tuna & rice
meal 5 chicken & pasta
meal 6:
5 whole eggs
-50g whey protein after workout
-50g casein before bed...
and those r progress pics
i just wheight 5 more kgs but no difference in shape in the pics...any help???
