planning PCT advice please

I see a lot of conflicting info when doing searches so I figured it would be better to just ask here.

I am getting close to the end of my cycle and am starting to plan ahead for PCT. I want the best, fastest, and most effective recovery available.

My cycle was as follows:


Week 1-8
750 mg Test E
300 mg Tren E
.5 mg arimadex ed

Week 8-14
750 mg Test E
50 mg ed Winny oral
1.5 mg EOD letrozole

My estrogen is already very low from the Letro.

I just got 30ml, 40mg/ml of Nolvadex for PCT, Planning on 40/40/20/20 of Nolva.

Do I need Clomid also, or will the Nolva work alone?

How about HCG?

I can get whatever I need in a day.

Run the nolva 1 more week at 20mgs per day.
you dont need clomid but I always use it anyways. I run it 100/100/50/50
no need for HCG

Nolv is all you need IMO. 20 mgs for a month and then 10mgs for a month

I like to go with both clomid and nolva, I like to go with

clomid 70/70/35/35
nolva 40/40/20/20
