Alright everyone. I'm bk again seeking some more of your advice and knowledge and most importantly experience...
Yesterday I bought a Bottle (90 tablets) of 1AD...
I started taking them yesterday morning... 1 tablet 3 times a day with a meal...
I've been researching to see what kind of things I should expect to Come... Both positive gains and side effects...
So far the main Gains seem to b some weight in muscle and moderate to good strength gains.
The main sides seem to b Aggression, some acne in shoulders and back.
I'm prepared to go through these sides to gain some shape and strength and hopefully some definition...
I've been eating very clean and hitting the gym approx 4 times a week for the past 5 weeks using CE2's. These had run out last week hence buying 1AD's.
I also bought some Nolva Dx and was advised to start taking these about 15 days into the 1AD course.
I have loads of things running around in my head so I'll try picking out the main things I'd like info on...
•Is it safe to start the 1AD after only being off the CE2 creatine a week?
•Is there a limit to how long I should take 1AD, ie 2 weeks like M1T or can I go thru and finish the bottle.
•What other things, sides or gains, have you experienced and I should b prepared for....?
