    Alright everyone. I'm bk again seeking some more of your advice and knowledge and most importantly experience...

    Yesterday I bought a Bottle (90 tablets) of 1AD...

    I started taking them yesterday morning... 1 tablet 3 times a day with a meal...

    I've been researching to see what kind of things I should expect to Come... Both positive gains and side effects...

    So far the main Gains seem to b some weight in muscle and moderate to good strength gains.

    The main sides seem to b Aggression, some acne in shoulders and back.

    I'm prepared to go through these sides to gain some shape and strength and hopefully some definition...

    I've been eating very clean and hitting the gym approx 4 times a week for the past 5 weeks using CE2's. These had run out last week hence buying 1AD's.

    I also bought some Nolva Dx and was advised to start taking these about 15 days into the 1AD course.

    I have loads of things running around in my head so I'll try picking out the main things I'd like info on...

    •Is it safe to start the 1AD after only being off the CE2 creatine a week?

    •Is there a limit to how long I should take 1AD, ie 2 weeks like M1T or can I go thru and finish the bottle.

    •What other things, sides or gains, have you experienced and I should b prepared for....?

    Any info and help and advice is greatly appreciated.

    You will get more sides then benefit from that pro hormone shit. Real steroids are actually safer and have a much bigger benefit to negative ratio.

          You will get a ton of sides and you will lose anything gained as soon as you go off. Its harsh on the liver and has a bigger negative impact on hormone levels then many steroids do. What more do you need to know?

            Shouldnt this be under supplements?

            I used to use pro hormones like the original novedex from gaspari and saw good gains and strength increases. but it all disappeared as soon as i stopped taking them.

            Im almost done with my first cycle and am 10kgs up and am lifting an extra 50kgs on my bench. I know this will go down but most of it will stay with correct pct.

            B is right. Youd have very little sides and much bigger gains with a simple 500mgs of test e a week. And youd keep alot more.

              Henry when u say your almost done with your first Cycle, do u mean your first cycle of Steroids? How long a cycle was it?

                By the way roller, I don't mean to be a dick about the whole thing. Its just that I have seen it so many times. I don't want you to take something that I know you won't like in the long run.

                  yes steroids. I ran test and tren original length was supposed to be 8 weeks but might go alot longer. still considering it.

                  i ran test e 500mgs a week and tren e 300mgs a week.

                  its very simple 2 shots a week nothing complicated at all.

                        How about side effects...

                        I gotta admit my main reason for choosing pro hormone was to avoid injecting and seen as I bought this I'm gonna use it ad see how I get on. I've been taking 3 tabs a day and still no side effects at all. Girlfriend is even still been kept more than happy lol. But if I do suffer from bad sides I'll knock it on the head and mayb try Test jabs

                          mate to be honest havent seen any side effects, a bit of anger flares up every now and then but thats normally on a rest day or leading up to gym time. ive found if i dont work out for a while i start to get angry.

                          other than that nothing else. no acne, no oily skin, no gyno nothing at all.

                          my strength has increased ridiculously. i was originally leg pressing 300 kg and last night got up to 610 kg which is like 1300 lbs i think.

                          i absolutely love it.

                          i dont want to go over board so im thinking ill keep this cycle for 14 weeks. then have 6 months buidling back up again and then ill run another cycle.

                            How about Physical Appearance... Did it help u lean off and Cut up quickly? I really want to avoid waterfilled bulbus muscle and try get hard flat chiseled muscle u no.

                              thats why i included the tren!

                              but diet is what dictates whether you lean out or bulk up.
