What is a good workout to gain mass and loose a little bit of weight around my stomach. I know that alot of it rides on my diet, but im open to all suggestions about what body part for what days and what day to do cardio on. Also, throw me some diet tips because I dont have that much time to eat during the morning and day because of my work schedule. Thanks bros.

Do a little (20 min 3X per week) cardio and thermos...short workouts, one or two bodyparts per workout...hit each bodypart once per week. Eat high protein, moderate carbs and fats. That should let you bulk up a bit while losing a little fat.

As for eating at work, I'm sure you have time to sip a little protein from a thermos every now and then...just make up a big shake in the morning along with some ice cubes in the blender. It'll stay cool during work.

Workout specifics are hard because I have no way of knowing what rep range/exercises you've responded to most favorably in the past.

Hey man, I appreciate the tips. I'm always looking for advice on how to improve. If you have anything else you would like to share, as in supplements or what protein shakes are the best, I would also appreciate that too. Thanks a lot bro.

For supplements, get some R-ala....as this will help you keep your insulin levels lower...which will help you reduce bodyfat. Diet-wise, limit yourself to low-glycemic index carbs....and chose a whey protein that has as few added carbs as possible. Cutting your carbs is one of the most effective ways to reduce bodyfat.
