Just thought Id post this up. Its based wholly on my personal experience.
I went to see an Anti Aging doc about 5 months ago hoping to get prescribed HGH.
Unfortunately, the doses used by these docs are significantly lower than what would be considered "minimum" dose for BB. Considering the price these guys sell pharmaceutical HGH, it would be unfordable for anyone to use 1 - 4 iu's a day.
Anyway, I live on an island that X-rays every package that comes in, and considering I could not find any source which wasnt called a scammer by someone, I thought Id give the outrageously priced, low dose a go.
I spent 1 month taking .15 iu's daily, then 2 months taking .3 iu's daily. All my niggling joint pains disappeared by the 2nd month, and recovery was great. When I ran out after the 3rd month, I waited a few weeks before getting more. Left shoulder pain, right elbow pain, and left knee - all long term but manageable issues started flaring up again and I had to drop weights, and in some cases drop exercises out of my routine to manage these issues.
When I started up again, they were all gone within 3 weeks.
I ran out again last week and elbow and knee are back - shoulder has stayed away.
Im a bit older than most - basically 40 - and I would say there are benefits to low doses of HGH. Maybe not direct muscle growth, but recovery is much much better, and being able to do complete work outs at full weight obviously is hugely beneficial to managing 2 or 3 niggling injuries.
Even at a cost of $400 for 4.5 iu's........... Disgusting isnt it!!:pissed:
