  • Summer cycles and diets?

Staying off AAS this summer. Just switching up each month between GHRP-2 and IGF1-Lr3

Last few AAS cycles effected me mentally to fucken much. Not saying I am done with them, just need to step away from them a bit.

Next AAS cycle would look something like:

500mgs Test Enath every 10 days for 4 months

Dbol 25mgs for the first month

Switch between IGF and GHRP each month while on cycle

    Nolvadex for PCT

Diet would be my normal high protein, high carb, really low fat. It just works for me very well. The minute I cut carbs and start following the so called wisdom to eat more healthy fats my muscles deflate and I store fat. 6 Fish oil caps and 8oz of flank steak each day is pretty much the only fat I take in during the day.

I'm on 250mg cyp, 300mg eq a week and 2iu of gh a day (5 days on 2 days off) and trying to keep it clean as possible diet wise. Everything is working great I just have to add some cardio to speed the fat loss.
And before anybody say my doses are to low I wanna tell you guys that they are not. Even with these low doses I'm getting gyno nipples are sensitive I'll be getting on some kind of anti e in a few days.
