        oh IC. well the only thing I read as far as a steroid book was Dan Duchaines. stuff and most of that is rather outdated. i learned almost everything off of the boards and a friend of mine.

            i heard of a book called steroidoligy but i do`nt know who wrote it or where it is might try a u.s book store online search
            budy o mine had it and raved about it
            or the steroid encyclopedia can get off the net

              I was looking into three of them, One by Bill Lwelyn, the other by Bill Phillps and the Steroid encyc. you mentioned. I just thought some guys might have recommendations of where they learned their stuff from.

                * Legal Muscle: Anabolics in America - R. Collins (everything you should know about the law and steroids, A MUST READ)

                Those are the ones I recommend to anybody thinking about using AAS.
