i got my hands on some peg mgf, but i dont know much about it though, i have been reading several threads on the internet about mgf, but it seems to be alot of openions on this matter though, so i cant really decide which approach is the best...
what do you think about peg mgf?
when to shoot it, prebed or pwo??
ive been thinking on sooting the stuff into my biceps, but when? day before bicep workout or same day? and pwo or prebed?
i also have ghrp2 i want to use along with it, how should i do that(currently i shoot 3xed)
i have been thinking on something like this:
Monday: chest/triceps -3xghrp2
tuesday: bag/bicep -2xghrp2 and 1xpegmgf prebed
wednesday: off day -3xghrp2
thursday:shoulders/legs -3xghrp2
friday:bicep/tricep -2xghrp2 and 1xpegmef prebed
saturday: off day -3xghrp2
sunday: weekly workout schedule starts over again(6 days workout schedule)
i also run 1000mg test e ew, and 200mg winny tabs ed
can somebody help me with some thoughts or perhaps experience on this one??
