    Anybody have any suggestions or improvements to the cycle

    never run t3 too scared but whenever i run clen i run it 75mgs for first 10days - 2 days on 1 off. Then for the next 15 100mgs 2 days on 2 off.

    youll find that over 6 weeks running it 6-7days in a row by day 4 youll get used to it.

      Anybody have any suggestions or improvements to the cycle
      Personally that is way too much for me in regards to fat burners. The cycle you laid out is common amoungst internet sites etc., and I'm not sure what your goals are?

      My goal is to preserve as much muscle as possible while torching the fat. I can accomplish this with 40, no more than 60mcg of pharmaceutical grade clen/day, and 50mcg of T3/day. Anymore and I begin losing muscle and I'm sensitive to the clen being an upper.

      These are last resort drugs to assist with the diet and training regiment. If those aren't spot on forget about the clen/t3 you're wasting your $$ and putting stress on your heart/thyroid that may be unnecessary

          This is the truth, unfortunately this is learned by trial/error. The same thing crossed my mind, but I figured you can't tell someone that who has their mind made up that they need the placebo (not to say it won't work, but super last resort when shedding the very last bit of film under the skin)...
