Sitting here watching a special on the local news about testosterone treatment in men and women. The Dr. is saying that women with low libido and low energy levels can have a testosterone pellet placed under their skin that is good for 3 months with no blood work need be done because 1 pellet cannot overdose a woman and may even need 2 pellets. Men must have blood work done and depending on blood results anywhere from 5-15pellets be placed under the skin. The bullshit part of it is he is saying that the pellets are superior to injections because injections have to be taken every 2 days. Also are discussing weight loss through hcg treatment, burning more calories etc.. I have never heard of this type of hormonal treatment didn't know they made pellets. Anybody know anything about this?

good post. :clapback: why do i have to insult you over and over in order for you to make a post like that above instead of your usual BS? :clapback:Originally posted by radoIt's called Testopel which is for treatments of hypogonadism. From what I've heard of the Dr's I frequent. It's more effective due to MOST men are not wanting to take EOD injections nor use a gel form. Testopel typically lasts about 4 months in the system. The pellet is about the size of a rice grain. They insert it through skin around the ass area.
I always find it funny that people on these boards are always so much smarter than Dr's lol...As if they know everything and want to down play medical experiments. When some fucking douche bag on these boards barely have any sort of an education.
I think in order to maintain your levels within your range, this all depends on age and so many factors. Obviously being in your 50's and wanting to have test levels of a 20yr old. Well not sure a Dr would agree with that. But then again, a "range" of what's good and what's not. Well every lab has different numbers.

I was thinking the same thing obviously he is basing this on test prop and not the longer acting esters. Kinda like he was trying to talk someone scared of needles into the pellet form.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postlol @ cant overdose on pellets and injections need to be taken every 2 days.

No I was listening closely just think that the Dr. was trying to promote his business by saying that testosterone injections MUST be taken every 2 days which is bullshit. You are correct my Dr. never brought up test prop either. First thing out of his mouth was cyp and I talked him into enanathate. But for the average person who hears this dr saying injections must be taken evry 2 days the pellets are going sound like a great thing...Originally posted by radoI also think you didn't listen closely. In my entire life of going to see Dr's. Not one ever has mentioned prop...They always speak about enan or cyp. What they're saying is to have a CONSTANT blood level of tests. Pellets are better off since they're in your ass for 4 months. As oppose to EOD shots.

Not to bring up an old thread, but Dago, I think you hit the nailOriginally posted by dago View PostNo I was listening closely just think that the Dr. was trying to promote his business by saying that testosterone injections MUST be taken every 2 days which is bullshit. On the head when you said the Dr was trying to promote the practice of pellet implants. This technology is way old and I remember coming acrossed it back in the late 80's when I first started to research hormones. If I had to guess, it was developed back in the 60's or earlier when the rest of these dinosaur compounds were created. Doctors seem to push the newest drugs that are still under patent (androgel). The drug reps make them happy they did. Lol. But, the pellet is a medical procedure, and I'm sure is more expensive. Maybe this particular doc saw really good results with this product ad well. It makes you wonder why it didnt take off and be popular like other drugs. The only applications I hear for hormone pellets are for cattle. Haha. Oh yeah, and I know this hot millionaire chick from Ohio who says she uses a birth control implant, she's a 27 year old with a fucking cheerleader body (cheerleader when in college) who likes to fuck reverse cowgirl all day and night! She's smart like that, she doesn't want a baby daddy just yet. As for me, I'll stick to enanthate. That is unless I can figure out how to make the shit. Lol
