GHRP 100mcg 2 x ed, 100mcg on empty stomach on waking, 30mins before eating, same at night
SARMS S4 50mcg ed - on morning with first meal.
been doing this for about 8 weeks and I'vee been impressed, very slow but consistent reduction in bodyfat, mentally alert,good strength to say I'm not juicing and no creatine.

First thing I noticed tonight is that my strength has gone up a little. You take this 30 days in a row and theen have 7 days off so I'll give it the 30 days and see what I think, i'll update again in a week.
By the way I can't use exogeneous test because I need to keep my sperm count up. The Sarms S4 at up to 50mcg has do damaging efect on me because I ran it for months before then got a full sperm profile which came out really good.
Diet is 5-6 meals a day and training is 4-5 days a week with no cardio, been same foor a few months now.
