2 weeks on 1 week off? I am confused, you wanna take winnny like that? If so that is not a good idea bro. you wanna keep you blood levels consistant you will have less sides this way and more gains.
as far as dection that would depend on the test. real test like Oylimpic style or just test levels?

normal blood test or test for steroids? steroid test is very rare.

normal blood test it will not show up.
