Hey guys, i have developed some gyno and i am currently on some AI and DHEA. (which someome told me to get off of cus it might make it worse) i ordered some nolvadex to help reduce my gyno. Does anyone know how many mgs/d to take to help amd for how long to take it for? Thank you for your advice

you got nolv so use that for now. run it at 20mg per day and see if it helps. you may need to use letro to get rid of the gyno. and yes, get off any supps that may be making gyno worse.

I would be careful of the DHEA. I never get gyno unless I use DHEA.

Thanks for the feedback ok so i should run nolvadex 20mgs/d along with my AI and if it doesnt get better bump up my nolva to 40mgs/d or just get on letro. Ive heard tht nolva will do nothing to improve my gyno only letro will do.
