  • BEST WAY TO RUN SLIN???

    I've got another 5+ months of staying clean off of everything. That said, I have 6+ months to plan the next prep in which slin WILL be incorporated. I've done the searches and read different theories on it but if you guys have any feedback within us that be greatly appreciated.

    One friend of mine will run:
    8iu humalin r upon arising, and 3iu G. (Then eat)
    4iu humalin r post training, and 3iu G 30m later (Then postworkout meal.)

    What you guys think?

    Stats are currently 6' 225 (still 3-4% calipered). I didn't rebound as much as usual bc I'm eating clean). aas for 10 years. GH on and off for 5 years. Never ran slin and want to try a small amount to see how my body will respond.

    Best way to run it is toss it in the garbage. Slin will ruin you IMO. Stick to AAS and low dose hgh and you will be good to go for a long time.

        i use it along side every gh injection .. so like your friend 6 to 10 units upon waking with my gh and same amount post w with my gh .. they work very well together

          will also add .. don't take slin lightly !!! it can and will kill you its not something to just play around with .. imo if not competing at a national level leave it alone and stay with basics ..

          for competing i do feel its another tool that works very well when utilized properly ... i sat down and picked the brain of a very well known pro who absolutely loves slin .. he takes it throughout the day but that's what he has to do to stay on top and make a living .. for the average person no need to play with it

              will not run the dose anywhere near i use to B ... i just feel it makes gh work that much better brother

                If your body stops producing as much slin OR your body desensitises to and starts to build a resistance to your own insulin you become diabetic. Most people who are diebetic have become so through a decade or more of eating foods high in sugar that forced their bodies to produce more slin to counter that sugar surge and even out the blood sugar level.

                Once you become diebetic unless it can be controlled through diet you will have to take meds. The meeds begin to fail over time where you become more resistent to them over time so you have to take more and so on.

                The point is that in an ideal world you want to eat mainly complex carbs for energy and maintain a steady blood sugar level. Once you become diebetic this puts more and more strain on your vital organs particularly your heart and kidneys, eventually one of them will fail and it will kill you early, no doubt. Other problems like blood circulationm impotence etc will probably occur.

                finally my point is that the more exposed you are to indulin the more your body becomes resistant to it, eventually leading to problems. insulin is there as almost an emergency solution by your body to a problem of sugar overload that in old times when there wasn't processed food it wouldn't have to do.

                I'm sure slin has its uses and is very powerful at forcing glycogen into the muscle but to my mind every time you use it you are making your body more resistant to it, and that is one thing ytou don't want to be resistant to or dependent on.

                Just don't stay on it guys, if you using it foor a relatively short time then fine but I genuinely don't want to see anyone on here get ill.

                  Thats the goal bro. Done 5-6 shows now haven't been able to qualify YET. I'm an ectomorph so it is very hard for me to put on muscle. Even on higher doses of aas and gh. Diet was crazy bro 12egg whites/oats, 8-10ozsteak/potato four times, 10ozchicken/veges twice. Diet and Training put together by a 2011 top 12 olympian which I followed to a T. In the beginning he asked me if I was running slin and i said no should i? He said no not yet...and we never did :(

                  I've got ten years of on/off aas usage (more off than on). I've got 5 years of gh usage off and on.

                  In your opinion am I ready when I begin prepping in 6-12m?

                        anyone with common sense knows slin will be needed to get anywhere near a good placing at the national level I'm a ectomorph too an never used gh yet but used a little slin before didn't get anything out of it tho probably cause dosage was too small

                          It is my understanding that SLIN without G will make you fat?
