  • Epistane or something else?

I'm planning a short cycle (3-4 weeks) of black label epistane w/cycle support, fish oil and tamox for pct. I chose it for the dry, lean gains, fat cutting, minimal sides, great androgenic/anabolic/toxicity numbers listed in vida's book and supposed gyno reduction. Would anyone recommend something similar that may be better for bulking but still has for dryish lean gains with little sides/toxicity and won't show up on a drug test? Looking to gain and keep 10+lbs. (31 yrs old, 5'10, 165lbs, been lifting for 4 yrs, no injuries)

I look forward to your log but nearly a stone in weight gain seems unrealistic.

Epistane is a very mild oral at best. I doubt you will see huge gains from it.

        Hey mate,
I'm just finishing up my 2nd PH cycle, which included 6 weeks of Epi.
Results were great and your overall stack looks good.

From what I've learned, I'll add some recommendations:
-start your joint support early - Epi WRECKS your joint especially any previous joint niggles. I stacked Glucosamine and Cissus for better results and even then my left elbow continued to give me pain & issues for weeks
-don't take your last Epi dose past 5pm or it'll screw up your sleep. Even, most nights of the week I found I was taking 1/2 Xanax in order to fall asleep otherwise I'd toss & turn all night
-I added GABA and Mucuna Pruriens to my cycle, both of which are shown to help increase GH while you sleep
-Take your Cycle Support 1-2 hours after your Epi doses, and take your Epi doses with Fat (whether Fish Oil or CLA caps, almond butter, etc).

Obviously, the type of food intake & diet regime you employ will dictate the results you'll get so perhaps give some more thought to your specific target objectives for the cycle. Or maybe you already have but just didn't list them...

        Good luck bro.

Thanks for the tips man. Will take my joint supps and follow dosing.

Would you post starting and ending weight (after pct) (ie what did you gain and what did you keep) Any bloodwork and elaborate on strength gains. Does it seem more suited to recomp/strength than bulk? thanks.

IMO, anything that "wrecks your joints" is the opposite of what you want to be doing in the name of fitness and health.

i wouldnt expect much from it maybe 3-5lbs. he disappeared but i hear unrealistic results from this and other PH's for some reason. also ppl tend to train and eat properly when taking supplements and would chieve dam near the same results without them.

hmm odd I've read up to 12 pounds but the average seems to be around 7-8. Eating and training properly 80-90% of the time isn't an issue. Is there something besides epistane I should consider?
