Been told (just before gettin FN ready for another cycle):pissed: that I have an enlarged aorta the size being 4.1cm where top normal is 3.7cm. Around 4.5, it is then considered an aneurysm, then needing surgery. WTF man? Is this from juice over the years? Any body have similar problem? And I'd heard to prevent further problems, up Vit. D, take Vit. C and the omega's. But it says also not to pu a strain on the heart by lifting heavy:tired: Please get back to me if anyone has the same fucker. Thanks. Am 52 years old, good shape, hope I dont croak soon.

It could be the drugs, it could be the blood pressure, it could be both. Once those walls are stretched, they do not go back. It's certainly not something to mess around with and I know I'd be making damn sure I didn't add any extra factors to contribute to an early heart attack. You're young, why take any risks? Take care of yourself.

I would definitly have a talk with the doc and find out what you can and can't do. I wouldn't think running or lifting would be a bad thing bro.Originally posted by NICKMAN:I'm going to be a retired AS user as of today. Shit's scaring me. Nickman, find a cardiologist for a consult who may be young and more in tune with the fitness lifestyle. I think that with careful management, you may be able to find the happy medium that will allow you to be fit without compromising your health.
