i have seen all of these done before by various people on boards but I was wondering what the overal advantage was for going longer on a cycle. I know it means you will have more test in you for longer so you stay stronger for longer, but is it worth running a 16 week test cycle or doing a 10-12 and doing another cycle later on? Basically, are the advantages that great for running a longer cycle?

I like longer cycles cuz I need time for my body to get used to the new size. You ever see thoes guys that blow up then shrink. sure not all of it is due to short cycles but IMO it does play a factor. I think 16 weeks are good specialy if running test E or deca things that take a bit to get going

Keep in mind that test(except for prop)will normally kick in around 3rd or sometimes 4th week while prop is around 3rd week, some have felt it around 2nd week just like tren ace.

Not my first cycle,just my first in a long time, which could be equivalent to a first cycle,im not sure. i def. hear what yall are saying and will go at least 12 and see what its feeling like. ys not your first cycle plan on 12 min and if you still think its gaining keep going. of coasre the pace you grow will slow but still will grow, or i would at least.
