    While using aas can I do mornin cardio on empty stomach and still lift heavy on the weights in the evening while on a minor carb depletion without it having adverse effects? Thanks guys

    Depends on the amount of carbs cut. If you are dieting hard you will lose strength and size.

      Yea I hate that part , going from 450g a day to about 200 and none after 4pm, while running 250mg test and 200mg tren ace (50mg eod)

        personally i think cutting carbs is the wrong way to go. protein and carbs high and fat low. thats what works for me. keeps you strong and full.

            different things work for different people.

            fat is in a ton of shit so be careful, it can be kind hard for someone who hasnt done it before to only eat protein and carbs with little fat.
