So get this and take it how you want; day off today do I thought early workout, woke late and had to drop the wife at train station. Took my ghrp 2 on awakening on empty stomach. Had to drive her to station straight away, already in my workout gear so drive straight from station to gym. By the time I got there my stomach was grumbling do I took a red kick off the shelf, its basically caffine and sugar carbonated. I start training legs and after two working sets of leg extensions the tickets were blown up like on enanthate and dbol or some shit?

Interesting with the pump though. Do ghrp before you train again this time without the drink.
I have noticed that after my shot I tend to cramp easier for a few hours.

Didn't have much time and wasn't going to eat steak and potatoes then reason legs right away. what I took from it is this; usually they say don't have simple sugars before the author but I think the ghrp forced it straight to the muscle as ready energy and as you say you trend to gerty a smaller berton of gh pump off the ghrp anyway particularly if you ready after.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostHungry so you grab a redbull type drink, seems logical.
