Works by different pathways. Ghrp stimulates the hunger hormone grialen (sp?) which is a potent gh releaser. This is not bro science, this has been studied and proven for decades.
Is ghrp at any dose better then real hgh... No but it is much much cheaper and is superior at gh release then any suppliment etc..
