Igf at room temp

Ok so currently taking igf-1 lr3 it's been refrigerated up until today, had some stuff change but either way I can't keep it in the fridge any longer so at this point how long should it remain effective, will it stay just as effective if at all? If not should I consider stop taking it or try and just keep it on ice? Thanks in advance!

Try to keep it on cooler. Will slowly become less active over a couple weeks

Ok thanks, it will be gone within a couple of weeks so I should be good then with keeping it on ice.
