How long till next cyle

So, here's the deal.

I'm thinking about starting another cycle. I recently finished a 14 week 500mg/week test E cycle, waited 3 weeks and today just finished my PCT (nolva at 40/40/20/20).

So, I'm almost two months out of gear.

How long should I wait to start another cycle?

By the way, Im thinking about a 14 week 500mg/week test adding Var after the 4th week at 70mg/day.

What's the adage? Time on equals time off? Someone who cycles can give you a better idea of what works for them.

What sort of gains did you experience?

Wait another month bro. Next cycle sounds good though I would run var from the start.
