    Results are in:

    Total Gain: 22 lbs
    Total Fat Gain: 3lbs
    Total LEAN Pounds Gain: 19lbs
    Body fat %: Went from 10.1 % to 10.9 %


    Mostly I put fat around my stomach.

    Ok, only after 30 days and these are the results so far. I am taking Ara-Test 2500 at 250mg E3D(Averaged out in a month is 583 mg/wk)

    I eat about 4000 calories a day and about 325g Protein.

    I gained a lot right off the bat and have recently come to a stop and would like to climb more for the rest of the cycle.

                Are you using anything post cycle?

                I have test cyp I want to use for a short cycle but I am still unsure if I should.

                  I'm also using Methyl-1-test to jumpstart for 4 weeks, we shall see..

                          Lookin good bro. You might bump the calories a little if you get stuck, nothing huge just a few hundred extra. You have to realize you are now feeding 19lbs nore muscle than when you started. Keep up the good work!
