    What do you guys think about only being off Nov, Dec, Jan, and Feb basically the winter months when I can cover up in hoodies and then running gear the rest of the year.

    Think there is any health benefit in those 4 months off. Negatives, positives?

    By on I mean some sort of long acting test around the 500mg per week dose and maybe toss in something like primo or mast.

    I think at your age you should come off or risk perment damage.
    other than that if you dont care sure why not. you eat clean so i am sure all your blood levels are in range although i would get a check up every 6 months anyways. also some of thoes months you could drop down to say 250mgs and still keep all your size. I noticed that last year I was on 250mgs and it was like a normal cycle. I say this because sooner or later the 500mgs will not be enough for you to gain so its just maintance anyways. watch around month 4 not so much happens anymore. of coarse swapping drugs around could always help that.

      I am on a sust blend also and i noticed when I first started it took off like wild fire at 400mgs now I am in week 7-8 not even sure and its already slowing down I just added tren. after the tren is up I am gonna drop to 250mgs untill I get the itch again. I am almost 100% sure i will look the same with just 250mgs test E

          I havent done that personally but Ive been contemplating doing a long one like that. I know a lot of people who have but most end up doing what rocket said and using a maintenance dose all year around. I would think it all comes down to what youre body is telling you

            I've been playing around with longer off cycles and have found no benefit. The down side to longer off time is My metabolism slows with more time off. How do you normaly cycle?

              I use to run shit year round lol. But the last few years I have been running on average around a 4 month cycles around summer time and then off the rest of the time.
