DAY 15
Tiredness is still lingering around, mild headaches still the same. Hands swollen at night, and tips of both big toes numb lol.
i have been eating like shit the last 2 weeks and after 2 weeks of eating like shit i can always visibly tell i have gained some fat. not this time. i look like i am still eating clean. i havent burned any fat or anything like that, just think the gh may be preventing me from adding anymore fat so far.

I've been running 4ius a day for the last 12 weeks or so. My hands are finally starting to ease up with the swelling. They are numb still pretty much always but I can finally make a fist now. I really started drinking more water, especially first thing in the morning. I know when you take igf-1 they say to eat some carbs about a hour after because the drop in blood sugar or something. I don't want to be big, I want to be ripped with some muscle. I'm 6'2 225 right now with about 15% bodyfat. Can't quite see my abs.
