  • Best cycle for a TEEN

    The best cycle ever, for a teenager, or early 20's is to NOT CYCLE AT ALL. Wait until at least 24 years old or older? Take it from me...

    Why? Diet/training is more important at this point. I guarantee that results from a good diet and training program can far outweigh the diet and training of a novice level athlete (which as a teen/early 20's you are still learning) with aas.

    As a teenager/early 20's there is absolutely no way that you can maximize your natural potential. Building muscles is such a slow process, learning process that it takes time to learn how the body works. How it reacts to the hundreds of different variables with training and nutrition alone.

    The work ethic should be built as the foundation before taking something that will merely make the muscle tissue swell some, leading you to believe that this temporary swelling of the muscle WILL subside once the aas are stopped.

    Ask any adult who began aas usage under the age of 24 if they would have waited and you will get a unanimous yes.

    It will be a waste of gear, a waste of side effects, waste of time, waste of legal risk, etc etc.

        Best advice ever bro! Heed this advice. Research it all you want. Just wait till you start. Train, eat, and rest properly and you will see gains and experience muscle maturity over time. Not over nIght but over months. Learn the science of drug free bodybuilding first. 24 and older is the best time to start, but have plenty of drug free training under your belt first, then start with one compound ( test), at low doses (250mg) every 5 days or so. You will thank us later

          I know its the "right thing" to say I agree but... I started at 16 on dbol only cycle and then went from there. Wouldn't change a thing. I loved it then and I love it now. Hormona brah for life! :D

            There alot wrong with that B! Lol Not to mention dbol only cycle. Youngins need to research the he'll out of it then make an educated decision. Can you say "stunted growth plates". Lol. I'm done :-)

              tho nice post i will give my half a cent ..

              when someone decides to jump on gear they will regardless of what anyone says so i have always tried pointing them in a better direction meaning if that's what you want to do then go small .. more is not better .. be smart about it .. read and learn all aspects of what your about to put into your body .. don't listen to the asshole in the corner of the gym screaming and hollering like a moron who is holding so much water he looks like shamu the fucking whale ..

              i tell them to eat clean look clean ,, diet is more important then the gear .. do cardio and most of all stay humble and don't put a spot light on yourself .. we have enough morons putting the spotlight on gear users don't add to that list !!!


              i rather take the time to teach learn from my mistakes and guide them in best way possible then take the time to criticize for what they will put into there body regardless of what someone says even tho its being said with good intentions behind it ... just my half a cent worth

                I took advice from people who were a lot bigger than me and who seemed to know their shit.. only 1 of them told me to jump on aas when I was 18 .. I didnt cycle til I was 25 and Im glad. When I was eating and training hard when I was young I grew so fast and I slept great.
                I feel like if you mess with even "just dbol" at a young age you are going to move on quick! ..someone will tell you that orals only is bad and toxic use a pin ..then you justify it by telling yourself "oh its safer to shoot test or whatever" ... also they people i know who started at 16-18 DID stunt their growth and almost all of them have issues with their body now. Not everyone, but most .. IMO, not worth it and NOT NEEDED at that age.. youre a walking test factory already ...utilize what your body is putting out ... aside from just pulling it! lol :-)
