Ok so whats the truth about the IGF / GH debate.
Most things I read says that a low moderate dose of IGF while running your gear/gh can make a HUGE different.. i was told to put it in the muscle I train post work out. Others told me to save it for after all my kits are gone because my body already is releasing ifg from the gh ..and you wouldnt want to fuck with the growth doing what its doing ? so basically I get someone telling me gh/igf/gear is like milk and cookies...especially if ya throw in slin .. which i wont be doing... while some say its a waste
