does gyno have be directly behind the nipple? My sore spot/lump is a little to the lower left of the nipple. Does that matter? BTW, been on nolva for two days at 20mg...second day didn't make me jittery. Must have been a fluke.

No, lots of times it is not directly behind the nipple. It is slightly off to the side. At least that's where I have felt it coming on before.

They will want to send you to get a mammogram. And then they will recommend surgery. My recommendation is to try and treat it yourself first and then seek treatment if needed. But for a peace of mind maybe you want to get the mammogram to be sure it is gyno. Then maybe treat it yourself before going under the knife.

Went to the doc and he looked concerned because of the lump. it is only on one side. Wants me to get an appointment with surgeon to get a biopsy. Now I'm worried about cancer....this is what going to the doc does, lol.

only way it could be gyno, that I can think of, is due to my low testosterone...Maybe my estrogen levels were elevated due to the hormonal imbalance.

Anyone know how long the Nolva should take before I start seeing results, assuming it is gyno?

if it is that large that a doc can clearly see it you need Letro.

start letro at .5mgs for a month and see here you are at with the gyno then.

You can't actually see it...He had to feel around to feel the lump.

nolv may or may not take care of it. if you dont notice any change in a month on nolv go to the letro.

Will do and thanks for the info.

FYI - The more I read the more I think the actual cause of this, if it is gyno, could be my low test problem. My testosterone being so low for however long probably raised my estrogen levels. This hormonal imbalance probably brought this on.

I got some gyno after being off for over 3 years. Not noticeable to the eye but I could feel it. It went away on its own after about 4 months. I didn't run any nolva or letro.

yup, if your test levels fall to low and your estrogen levels are high enough you will get gyno. i bet that is what happened.

I ordered come clomid, nolva, and letro the other day. Should I discontinue my weekly injections of test while I run this letro?

I don't think it was the test shots that caused the gyno since my nip was sore prior to even starting the injections. If I were to blame anything it would be the weed.
This is common in alot of Cannabis users. Since you already have gyno from that I would use and AI in each and every cycle from now on.

                            Update...

Went to the surgeon and he talked to me a bit. Scheduled an ultrasound. Doc called me yesterday and said they would like me to come in today to talk about the results and discuss a biopsy.

I'm guessing that if it were gyno, they would have been able to see that based on the ultrasound. Looks like it is worse than I initially thought.

I agree with B. I had a small lump checked out before too (only because I was off AAS for so long) and doc said they wanted to do a biopsy too. But I'm pretty sure that standard procedure before they would do surgery to remove it (which I wouldn't recommend).
