Useless for bodybuilding purposes from what I understand you need fast acting

Myself I would only use Humalog or Humalin R for bodybuilding purposes.

Thanks guys. The slow release stuff seems a little risky.

Just talked to a guy tonight who will tonight who will be running a long acting slin, first I ever heard of it and not the way I would if I did it. You have to make sure if you do it this way that your diet is ultra clean and your taking in carbs regularly and have some simple carbs on hand in case you get a sugar drop. Apparently a huge brit pro did this and had to stop as he literally got too big at 5ft 10 he was at 330 lb, he has come off

I mean a quick slin is one thing, pre or post work out, but surely long acting would suppress your bodies own insulin production

It's stupid, just run quick acting and be done with it.

Maximum length of effect is 16 hrs, you'd take out first thing
