and how much winnie should i use?


i heard that winnie tabs hurt the liver more then the injectable.
i know about the post cycle i got the hgc,nova ,clomaid.

sust is a 4-ester test with each ester releasing at a different timing, prop being the first. cyp has a half life of something like 11-13 days. If using sust you must shoot a minimum of 500 a week split into two shots. using cyp minimum should be from 400-500 a week. injected winny still gets processed through your liver, supposebly more gets absorbed though. most people start winny at 50 mg/day or every other day from 4-6 weeks.

S250 has 2 fast acting esters and 2 slow ones. To keep test levels even you need to shoot it EOD. Test cyp is a long ester. I'd use test E or cyp over S250 anyday.

although I have had great result with sust it did cause mood swing sence then I prefer to use a single ester like cyp less mood swings. :woot:

In my experience my gains have been better off from sust than cyp. Even if you shoot it at 500mgs a week you should be on the right track for some great gains. It is made up of 1 short acting ester, 1 medium acting, and two fasting. The prop in it doesn't benefit you much, but if you inject 2 times a week then you will see some awesome gains. Good luck...

ok, so what about the winnie. i can get the Winstrol 5mg by Genipharma. how much should i do?, and for how long? ill do cyp@ 500mg for 8weeks.

Winnie is normally taken at 50mg a day for no longer than six weeks, it is very hard on your kidneys so take some milkthystle or cranberry extract with it, as far as cyp I would go 10 weeks, reason being is it takes about 4 to 5 weeks for you to start to see the effects you'll be much happier with the results
