LIQUID CLEN 30ML 200MCG/ML and LIQUID T3 30ML 200MCG/ML.
ive used clen before and loved the results a couple months before summer but it was gel form and very straight forward...
But these items dont come with dosages and i always have trouble understanding mcg-ml etc no matter how much i read up (hs drop out i.q >< )
Can anyone please help with the dosages for the products above in a straight forward instruction.
ie. how much ml of each per day/every second day whatever?

the clen is 200mcgs per CC or ML
the T3 is same 200mcgs per CC or ML
you want me to tell you how to run it I would say dont as Growth said above Clen messes with your heart and T3 will eat muscle just as fast as fat if you are not on Gh or test
there is no need for either unless you are pro or trying to me pro BBer. T3 yes use if you are on gh but other than that just diet and do cardio
if you are gonna run it anyways IMO stupid, start here and adjust if needed
T3 25-50mcgs per day everyday
clen 40-60mcgs everyday for 2 weeks then off 2 weeks ect ect ect some go 3 weeks also thats up to you.
i wont worry about the t3 but still keen on clen..
my diet is very strict (low carb, no sugar etc) and my muay thai + weight lifting ensures more then enough cardio, im just at the point were im not getting anymore definition and feel the need to use some clen to get there.
Besides glutamine (recommended by my regular suplement supplier) is there anything to stop the muscle break down?

Ya I know the products i gave you the strength in my first post 1cc is 200mcgs
If you realy train you dont need any weight cutters. I train MMA and when training for fight I could not keep the fat or the muscle. I had to eat high cal food just so I wouldnt shrink up to much
rocket what about coming off t3? do you then turn into fat pig because your body is shut down from producing thyroid hormone?
no sir but I never did the big mega doses. i only use T3 to help when on GH. I will never go over 50mcgs per day. the Thyroid is proven to not be as fragile as once thought but still no need to do more.

think i will run 25mcg. to afraid of muscle being eaten at higher dose!
