.. i havent even been on for 2 weeks. i started at 185 lbs and i stepped on the scale this morning and i was 209.5 lbs ? how much water am i holding, i still appear to be hard. i dont usually weigh myself cause i think it fux with ur mind, but this is unusual ?
how much of that weight is water ?
